The seasonal variations of mesospheric and upper-thermospheric nightglow emission intensities in the 5577 A forbidden line of O I, the vibration-rotation bands of OH(9.30), OH(8.2), OH(6.1), OH(5.2), and the Na doublet at 5890-5896 A are studied. The annual and semi-annual components of the variation are identified, and the variations of hydrogen emission are compared with the temperature variations in the exosphere.
