Reports of unusually strong meteor activity viewed from Mauna Kea associated with a radiant in Pegasus on November 5, 1991, are presented and discussed. The activity occurred close to the time expected for meteors associated with P/Hartley 2 or possibly the Taurid complex, but the radiants are widely separated so that the source of the activity cannot be ascertained at this stage.
