Existing redshifts for the region RA 15h30m to
18h40m, Dec. -50° to -70°, have been
supplemented by new observations. A conspicuous excess of galaxies with
velocity ≡4700 km s-1 forms an apparent link between
Centaurus and Pavo. A number of possible nearby voids are identified.
