Radial velocities, projected dimensions, emission-line strengths, and brief morphological descriptions are given for fourteen southern galaxies, not before recognized as emission objects. None are bona-fide Seyfert galaxies, but several show moderately broad lines. NGC 2915 is a nearby intergalactic H II-region (corrected radial velocity of 177 km/s). The galaxies are all close to the galactic plane, and some are heavily obscured.
