The problem of applying the concept of light aberration in the treatment of interferometric observational data is considered. It is concluded that this concept should not be used in this case. It is shown that the application of Galileo transformations in the treatment of interferometric observations results in errors of the same order of magnitude as the value of the aberration effect itself.
