Level populations for the 10 n = 2 states of ions in the Be-sequence from C III to Si XI are presented. The results are for two ranges of electron density (Ne = 108 - 1013cm-3 and Ne = 102 - 107cm-3), the former applicable to the solar corona and transition region and the latter to other astrophysical objects such as quasars and Seyfert galaxies.
