A study has been conducted on a triaxial satellite having a plane of dynamical symmetry in the restricted problem of three bodies. The first integrals are determined and the general solution of the problem can be written in quadratures. Results indicate that the semimajor axis of the satellite orbit and its rotational angular momentum stay unchanged. The singular solution of this problem has been reviewed and the elements of the satellite orbit can be resolved.
