New photometric and spectroscopic observations of Mrk 320 confirm that
it is a hot DA white dwarf. The UBV colors and H-gamma line profile
independently indicate a temperature in the 35,000-K range and a surface
gravity of log g approximately equal to 8.2, based on model atmospheres
by Koester, Schulz, and Weidemann.
