The results are given of spectroscopic investigations of 63 galaxies having a peculiar physical nature in the 4 x 4-deg area centered on alpha = 11 h 30 min, delta = 59 deg 00 arcmin. They form the majority of the objects in the first list of the Second Biurakan Sky Survey (Markarian and Stepanian, 1983). All the galaxies were found to have emission lines, from which the redshifts were deduced, and, from them, the luminosities of the galaxies. Seven of the galaxies have Seyfert features. The results are given in a table and in descriptions.
