The generalized problem of two fixed centers with a time-dependent gravitational constant G and with an additional force proportional to the velocity of a test body and to the relative rate of change of G is integrated in quadratures. The solution can be used to describe intermediate motion when analyzing the effects of variable gravitation upon the orbital motion of artificial earth satellites.
