The detection of new features in the 1667-MHz line profile of the maser source W75N is reported. An absorption line originating in a cold hydroxyl cloud on the background of a compact H II region near W75N was observed at a radial velocity of -3.5 km/sec. It is shown that the two compact H II regions (H II W75N and DR21) and the maser sources W75N and S are immersed in the same cold hydroxyl cloud. Variability in some of the OH emission features of W75N was recorded.
