A comprehensive theory of mutual transformation of all types of magneto-acoustic-gravity waves in an isothermal atmosphere has been developed. The transformation coefficients strongly depend on the relative directions of magnetic fields and wave propagation in the plane containing gravity force, wave vector, and magnetic field. The slow wave spectrum has been calculated for different magnetic field inclinations and by a given acoustic noise spectrum in the convective zone. It is shown that there are neither resonance levels nor valve effects in an oblique field.
