The ChaMPlane X-ray survey shows enhanced X-ray population density towards the Galactic Center. Many of these X-ray sources are believed to be accretion-powered X-ray binaries. However, severe extinction towards the Galactic Center prevents optical identifications of these X-ray sources. We have selected three low-extinction windows (Baades Window, Stanek Window and ``Limiting'' Window) stretching from 1.5 deg to 4 deg from SgrA*, with Av ranging from 1.3 to 3.9, for X-ray and optical studies. Chandra observations of 100ks for each window yield more than 1200 X-ray point sources. Deep V, R, I and H-alpha images are obtained using the CTIO-4m/Mosaic camera. The X-ray optical counterparts are identified from these images. Optical spectra are obtained for some of the counterparts. Combining our optical study and the X-ray quartile analysis, we present our initial findings in these low-extinction windows in the Galactic Bulge.
