The American Astronomical Society’s Education Office has many programs, activities and publications in astronomy education. These encompass a wide range from the annual four day Workshop for New Faculty in Physics and Astronomy, to the online ComPADRE project, and printed item like the "Career Booklet" and SPARK, the new education newsletter. I will describe these and the other activities, as well as the roles in the Society’s program of the Education Office, the Astronomy Education Board and the Council.
