In the nonlinear regime, the magnetic field in a gravitating model plasma disk will not affect the development of breakup instability or the soliton existence conditions at harmonics wihch are excited at the minimum of the dispersion curve. New soliton solutions are found for the values 5/3, and 2 of the two-dimensional adiabatic index, corresponding to a vanishing coefficient of the cubic term in the nonlinear equation that describes the perturbation dynamics of the model. The soliton deformation due to nonlinearity of higher than cubic order is investigated. The results are applicable to the gaseous components of flat galaxies and to plasma disks in rotation about black holes.
