We present Suzaku observations of 3 neutron star low-mass X-ray binaries. The Suzaku observations reveal an Fe K line in two of the three sources. In particular, the Fe K line in Serpens X-1 is the most detailed seen yet in any neutron star X-ray binary, allowing tight constraints on the inner extent of the accretion disk. We discuss this, and compare with Fe K lines in black holes.
