Using the size, mass, and density of the Kun'-Urgench meteorite that fell on June 20, 1998, in Northern Turkmenistan and the diameter of its crater, we calculated its impact (1.5 km/s), entry (13 km/s), and geocentric (7 km/s) velocities. Based on eyewitness accounts, we determined the coordinates of the radiant, which were used to compute the meteorite orbit: a = 2 AU, i = (1-7) deg, e = 0.50, and others. The encounter with the Earth occurred at the ascending node of the orbit after perihelion passage. The density of the meteorite was estimated from one of its fragments to be 3.32 g cm^-3. It belongs to class-H5 chondrites.
