A deep observation of R Aquarii in 2005 reveals low surface brightness extended lobe X-ray features not detectable in previous Chandra observations. High sensitivity at 6 keV provides a good quality spectrum of the central source including the Fe fluorescence lines. The RGS spectrum clearly shows the O VII lines in the lobes. Interpretation of these features is presented.
