We outline the results of our molecular line and dust continuum surveys
of high mass star forming regions. In particular, the molecular chemical
differentiation is discussed. We detected some high excitation lines and
possibly some new molecular species. A trend for increasing SO/C18O
ratio with galactocentric radius is found.
