A brief review of the 10 known objects in this earliest spectral class is presented. Two new members are included: HD 64568 in NGC 2467 (Puppis OB2), which provides the first example of an O3 V (f-asterisk) spectrum; and Sk -67 deg 22 in the Large Magellanic Cloud, which is intermediate between types O3 (f-asterisk) and WN6-A. In addition, the spectrum of HDE 269810 in the LMC is reclassified as the first of type O3 III (f asterisk). The absolute visual magnitudes of these stars are rediscussed.
