It is shown that plasma and Compton mechanisms of relativistic electron radiation may act together with synchrotron one in the envelopes of young supernova remnants giving an intense X-ray radiation. For Cassiopeia A the intensity of plasma radiation for the contemporary epoch increases. It has been obtained that the energy density of plasma turbulence in the source amounts 2×10-2 of the thermal one.
