We report measurements from Far Ultraviolet Spectroscopic Explorer spectra of OB stars in M31 and M33, of O VI and C II interstellar absorptions. The stars are located in OB 78 in the outer region of M31 and in several locations across M33. The interstellar absorptions agree well between stars in nearby locations, and their principal radial velocities indicate that they arise in those galaxies and follow the disk rotation.
