In the paper ``CO Outflows from Young Stars: Confronting the Jet and Wind Models'' by C.-F. Lee, L. G. Mundy, B. Reipurth, E. C. Ostriker, and J. M. Stone (ApJ, 542, 925 [2000]), Figure 2 did not show the correct H2 image and should be replaced by the one presented here. In addition, equation (1) did not have the correct format and should be written as follows: z=CR2,vR=v0R,vz= v0z .
