Three types of exact solution to the Cauchy problem for gravitational field equations dependent on two arbitrary functions of the radial coordinate and on a constant are obtained for the case of centrosymmetric nonstationary worlds consisting of dust matter and involving an electromagnetic field of charged particles. An expression is derived for the maximum energy of the charged particles accelerated under the action of an electric field and scattered in the field of isotropic radiation throughout such worlds.
