The simulation of nuclear reactions caused by cosmic rays in meteorites and the surface layers of the moon and asteroids is discussed. Calculations are made of the depth distribution of nuclear-active particles and cosmogenic isotopes in meteorites of various sizes and compositions. It is shown that nuclear reactions are the cause of the observed anomalies in the isotopic composition of elements in meteorites when compared to the composition found in Earth rocks.
