The authors report the detailed analysis of the solar type stars ζ1 and ζ2Ret. They have solar heavy element abundances and their gravity is found to be abnormally large: log g = 4.7. This, together with their luminosity, typical of subdwarfs, strongly supports the idea that they are significantly helium-rich, with n(He)/n(H) = 0.22±0.04.
