The author studies a 7-dimensional generalised Friedmann-Robertson-Walker cosmological model with the topology R1×R3×S2×S1 when the matter source is described by a hydrodynamical energy-momentum tensor with an anisotropic pressure. Exact solution of Einstein equations is obtained under the assumption that the internal space is filled by a non-interacting scalar field (Zeldovich matter). The presense of dynamical dimensional reduction in the model is discussed.
