A detection algorithm (SAS task edetect_chain) was applied to all EPIC data, except to those of 2005 Apr. 17 (Rev. 981) which are too noisy to reveal the presence of faint sources. As a source can appear in a CCD gap or outside the field of view for one particular instrument at a given revolution but not at another one, we have determined the best combination of revolutions and instruments to be used for each source.
