We wish to observe two millisecond pulsars (MSPs) found in globular clusters (GCs), to search for X-ray emission, to discern between competing MSP models. Thermal emission implies heating by high energy particles streaming onto the polar caps and/or reheating of the neutron star surface. Hard pulsed emission indicates a magnetospheric origin. Observable properties of MSPs in GCs can also give insights into the evolutionary paths taken by these systems. Further, using the spectral capabilities of XMM-Newton, we will continue our existing program to determine the nature of the other X-ray sources in these GCs, proposed to be a variety of binaries. Characterizing the content of GCs is of interest for theories of binary production and evolution and the survival of GCs.
