Super bubbles (SBs) are the complex of multiple SN explosions and strong stellar winds, hence would be a key cite of high energy activity such as high temperature plasma and particle acceleration. However, no observational evidence for particle acceleration and/or limited information of high temperature plasma has only been obtained due to the limited energy band and a poor statistics of previous observations. The X-ray brightest SB in the LMC, N44, is the best target to open new windows since a hint of cavity re-heating as well as the hard X-ray emission can be seen by ASCA and ROSAT. We thus propose a observation on N44 with XMM.
