We propose to observe three Galactic supernova remnants likely to be in a middle-aged stage of evolution. Our goals are to confirm their evolutionary status, search for enhanced abundances indicating ejecta as in some other comparably-aged remnants, study the interaction with surrounding material, and try to understand the mysterious ``mixed-morphology'' structure which is hinted at by earlier observations.
