We propose to continue an ongoing long-term monitoring program of a selection of solar-type stars to search for cyclic behavior -- analogous to the solar cycle -- in their X-ray emission. These stars have moderate levels of activity and are thus ``solar analogs''. XMM makes it possible, for the first time, to efficiently monitor the low-activity, cyclic stars which are the true analogues of the Sun, and thus to effectively constrain the characteristics of the cycles on stars other than the Sun.
