We will present Chandra X-ray, ACBAR Sunyaev-Zeldovich, and Gemini
optical observations of this cluster. We have combined these data to
parameterize this system as a merging cluster. Furthermore, the SZ data
has allowed us to estimate the cluster peculiar velocity.
