Observational results obtained at the 'Astron' automatic space station during 1983-1984 which pertain to X-ray emission from Tau X-1 are presented. The emission spectrum is described by a power law with a photon spectral index of -2.12 + or - 0.02. The pulsar contribution to the total Tau X-1 flux is 8.4 + or - 0.8 percent in the 2-25 keV range. Measured X-ray period values are presented as well as the first derivative of the period of the pulsar NP 0532.
