The results of optical and X-ray observations of X-ray Nova Vul 1988 are presented. The observations, performed on the module Kvant, revealed a soft and a hard component of the X-ray spectrum. The discussion is carried out in the framework of the model of nonstationary disc accretion. The assumption on the disk accretion taking place onto a black hole of stellar mass is made.
