Expectations for characteristics of the x-ray cluster population
observable by Rosat (x-ray astronomy satellite) are presented. The
modeling requires an initial fluctuation spectrum and relations
describing the behavior of cluster x-ray luminosity and core radius with
cluster binding mass and red shift.
