M34 is a thoroughly studied open cluster on its way to becoming a fundamental WOCS cluster. We provide photometry of M34 in the U, B, V, R, and I filters in order to re-evaluate its fundamental properties. Observations were made on the WIYN 0.9m telescope on 17 January 2003 using a field of 20' x 20' on the S2KB CCD. PSF photometry was applied using DAOPHOT II and IRAF. We discuss the reddening and metallicity, which were derived using all of the U-B, U-V, U-R, and U-I vs B-V color-color diagrams. We also discuss the distance modulus and age, which were derived from application of Yale-Yonsei isochrones. This work has been supported by the National Science Foundation under Grants AST-0206202 (to CPD), AST-1039617 (REU site at Indiana U.) and by the National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program as a Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium undergraduate scholar (to HG).
