M37 is a very rich open cluster at an age that is slightly younger than
the Hyades which places it in a key position to diagnose important
issues in stellar evolution such as the Lithium Gap. We present
high-resolution, WIYN Hydra spectroscopy of 20 dwarfs in the Open
Cluster M37 and report a cluster [Fe/H].
