We present BVI photometry of the open cluster NGC 2423. Data were taken with the WIYN 0.9 meter telescope on a single photometric night consisting of five pointings: a central field and a centered 2x2 grid of fields. Point Spread Function photometry was performed on all stars in the fields and standardization was done using Landolt fields observed on the same night. Revised parameters of age and distance were derived, and additional photometric members outside the previously reported central region were identified. As a part of the ongoing WOCS photometric survey of this cluster, our results provide an independent calibration of the magnitude scale, reducing systematic errors in the cluster parameters.
