We present UBV CCD photometric data of a one degree field in the direction of the young open cluster NGC 6716, taken with the WIYN 0.9m telescope using a 3x3 montage of 20'x20' fields. Possible photometric members identified over such a wide field provides potentially useful candidates for follow-up spectroscopic study by an instrument such as the Hydra multi-object spectrograph on the WIYN 3.5m telescope.
