Nearly two decades ago, a large spread in observed Li abundance at fixed Teff was discovered, and moreover, the most rapid rotators exhibited the largest Li abundances (Butler et al. 1987). To this day, no models have been able to explain this mysterious Li-rotation correlation, and in fact, attempts have been made to explain this away as an artifact related to the chromospheres and atmospheres of the stars. These attempts have been only partially successful, at best. We present a new survey of Li abundances with high-resolution, high S/N spectra from the HYDRA multi-object spectrograph at the WIYN telescope of a great number of Pleiades cluster members analyzed with improved abundance determination methods (both spectrum synthesis and curve-of-growth). Results discussed include new insights into the Li-rotation issue, other striking new features and comparisons to previous studies. This project falls under the auspices of the WIYN Open Cluster Study (WOCS), a collaboration between Indiana University, Yale University, the University of Wisconsin, and the National Optical Astronomical Observatories (NOAO).
