Observations of small-scale (< 10') fluctuations in the cosmic microwave background is a powerful probe of both the physics of the early universe and the formation and evolution of structure. The talk will describe potential applications of upcoming temperature and polarization observations from Planck, the Atacama Cosmology Telescope, SPT, and other upcoming next generation experiments.
