The dispersion of radial velocities of stars c* (which is a minimum necessity for gravitational stability of the stellar disk) has been calculated as a function of radial inhomogeneity scales of surface density Lσ, dispersion of radial velocities of stars Lc and other disk parameters. It has been shown tat the quantity c* reaches its minimum value with η = Lσ/Lc ≅ 1. This result presents a satisfactory agreement with the observational data.
