This program takes "uniform illuminated" pictures of the earth with F439W, with and without F8ND. The goals of this program are: 1. Compare to earlier F439W images to determine the the ammount of UV flood remaining. 2. Establish baseline at start; repeat weekly to monitor changes, especially after decontaminations/safings. This program will also build up a high quality flat field. The observations are done only with PC with a frequency of 4 times a week the startup two weeks, after which they should be executed once per week. The sequence is: F439W+F8ND, F439W+OPEN, F439W+OPEN
