An experimental scientific-education micro-satellite ESEMS/Tatiana2 was launched into a polar orbit at 832 km altitude on 26 October 2009. It passes through the same location of the earth four times per day. The onboard electron temperature probe (ETP) records the ionospheric electron temperature since January of 2010. On the other hand, a French micro sun- synchronized satellite DEMETER orbiting at 710 km altitude was launched on 29 June 2004. The electron density and electron temperature have been observing by a Langmuir probe ISL onboard DEMETER. In this study, we report and discuss the Weddel Sea anomaly (WSA) in the electron density and electron temperature concurrently observed by mean of ESEMS-Tatiana2/ETP and DEMETER/ISL during December 2009-January 2010.
