The linearized Einstein equations without the first term are considered on a two-dimensional metric background in cylindrical coordinates. General solutions are obtained using an expansion in an irreducible group representation of cylindrical symmetry. The solutions are analyzed taking into account the additional conditions imposed on the physical geometrical parameters which arise when choosing the reference frame and during chronometric and kinemetric calibration of the monad.
