The propagation of nonlinear waves of small amplitude in H II regions is considered. It is shown that, for the observed scales of the velocity irregularities in these regions, the effects of nonlinearity are significant only for perturbations with sufficiently long wavelengths. Arguments are adduced in favor of the significant influence of the dissipative effects on the structure function.
