The Space VLBI project VSOP-2/ASTRO-G began development when the project budget was approved in 2007 \citep{hs2008}, with a launch target date in 2012. We present the plans to construct the VSOP-2 operation system. Because the international science operation system of the VSOP-1 project \citep{hh1998,hh2000} was successful, we will use a similar design for VSOP-2.
