Using VLBA, the total flux density maps and the information of each component such as flux density and separation from the core for 3 Compact Steep Spectrum sources 3C43, 3C48 and 3C454 are obtained. Comparing to the former data by others, the change of flux density and position of each component for sources 3C43 and 3C454 within 14 years can also be acquired. We find that the source 3C43 is quite stable for both flux density and structure while 3C454 is not for structure. There appears quite large deviating velocity 21.6c and 17.7c separately for component C and D in source 3C454 which are obviously superluminal. And also, with multi frequency data we analysis the spectrum indices for source 3C43 and 3C454, and find that the value is 0.63 for 3C43 and 0.86 for 3C454, which fit the theoretical results well.
