We have developed a suite of cross-platform software tools to facilitate nuclear astrophysics research. Available on-line at www.nucastrodata.org, the suite allows users to convert input nuclear reaction information into thermonuclear reaction rates in the format of the widely-used REACLIB library which contains over 60000 rates. The suite enables users to access, manage, create, and share custom reaction rate libraries through a simple point-and-click interface. Users may easily visualize rate libraries with a graphical user interface based on the chart of the nuclides. Custom libraries can be used as input to conduct on-line element synthesis simulations. The results can be visualized with 1-d plots (e.g., abundance vs. time) and animations of abundances and reaction flows on the chart of the nuclides. Additional visualization tools are in development. *Managed by UT-Battelle, LLC, for the U.S.D.O.E. under contract DE-AC05-00OR22725
